Horse sashimi delivered directly from a Shinshu meat maker is exquisite.Horse meat, rich in vitamins, calcium and iron, is low fat and very healthy.You can enjoy red meat, yukke, carpaccio, etc.Red meat is also very compatible with Japanese sake! Sobamon Wakoshi is located right outside the north exit of Wakoshi Station on the Tobu Tojo Line and Tokyo Metro Yurakucho Line.Although it is a stand-up soba restaurant, it always has more than 40 types of sake on hand and uses ingredients from Shinshu, so you can enjoy soba noodles, snacks, and sake.Open every day from 10am! Authentic Shinshu Soba

Nama soba that is sent directly from the Shinshu noodle shop every day is a refreshing type with a clean texture and a good throat.We specify the soba flour combination and finish it with our original soba.Specify the original soba soup and blend it with the soup drawn at the store every day.Unlike soba soup that is slightly spicy in Edo-mae, this soup has a slightly sweet taste typical of Shinshu.
